Yields: Approximately 4 servings

Ingredients:
1 large cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2-3 limes)
2-4 tablespoons Sparkle & Honey (adjust to your sweetness preference)
4 cups grapefruit sparkling water or grapefruit-flavored club soda
Optional garnishes: cucumber ribbons, lime slices, mint sprigs
Instructions:
Muddle the Magic: In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, combine the chopped cucumber and mint leaves. Gently mash them with a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon to release their wonderful flavors.
