We aim to balance organic with local, but truly organic local honey isn't really a thing in the US! 🤯 The USDA lacks specific organic rules for honey, despite years in the works. Bees roam freely, making 100% organic sourcing here nearly impossible. Imported "organic" honey follows other countries' rules. We prioritize US beekeepers' sustainable practices and local goodness
